why mugging?
exactly 9 days after my previous entry.
and an exactly 2 days for my 1st paper which is Quality Management.
do u guys know that one aspect of this module is to identify and learn abt the gurus?

learn QM? how to manage quality...when Ban Mian at Causeway Point Banquet is still different at Raffles Hospital. (umm,there's no link.i know)
hehe! sometimes i find that this theoretical modules are too brief.too theory based.its not an indepth situation but i think that should be fine
for now.one more module is Customer Behaviour.
customer wants to behave like that, let them be lah. must learn and identify their attitudes.
oh yes,talking about attitudes..
it equates to A+B+C. which is action,behaviour and cognitve/connitive? thats defined in Customer Behaviour,for your general info. +)
talking about studying.

wat is so mugging about studying?(sounds more like Muggles, thou)

is it because olden people drink only from mugs when they study?
or do people face now look like a mug when they study? =)) (i hope mine's not)

Quality Management Presentation
i cant really recall the date and day of this presentation.
i usually lost track of the timings. lucky me, ms nurai is always there to keep me in track.
